As a partner in Bedrock Property Investors, Alex Nahai is a serial entrepreneur and real estate developer in the multi-family residential space with 3 active projects in the Los Angeles area. With a diverse portfolio of business endeavors, Alex has made a name for himself as a successful business leader in the music, entertainment, and technology industries.

As the North American CEO of BNDR Pty Ltd and its subsidiary entities, Alex has spearheaded the success of companies such as Dancing Seahorse, Nova3, and Streamlive. Under his guidance, Dancing Seahorse generated $11 million in revenue in only five months, while Streamlive has grown to 100,000+ subscribers. In addition, Nova3 has established itself as the first Web3 private members club in Los Angeles.

In addition to his work with BNDR, Alex is also the founder and CEO of the Alex Nahai Companies, an entertainment consultancy, agency, and law practice. Through this venture, he has represented some of the most prominent companies in the Media, Entertainment, & Technology fields, including FOX, Drai’s, Bento Box Entertainment, Endeavor, Sonar Entertainment, Music Royalty Consulting, Inc., Mighty Animation, IDW Entertainment, and Sekoya Management Group.

Furthermore, Alex is also the co-founder and co-CEO of Together, a patent pending digital mental health technology that recently closed its first round of funding.

Alex graduated from the USC Gould School of Law in 2013 and thereafter passed the California State Bar exam.
