Mr. Liwanag is involved with the market analysis and overall strategy for multi-family and mixed-use development projects in Los Angeles specifically in the core submarkets of Koreatown and Mid-Wilshire. Mr. Liwanag coordinates preliminary site review and land acquisition, design, financials, entitlements, and construction. His role also involves guidance on overall equity and debt deal structures with capital partners. During the design and entitlement phase, Mr. Liwanag is involved with mapping out decisions with the architects and all engineers related to obtaining building permits. Mr. Liwanag spearheads and manages day-to-day coordination with most major subcontractor relationships in regards to demolition, excavation, grading, shoring, concrete, framing, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical ensuring that development goals are met through all phases.

Previously, Mr. Liwanag varied career involved a stint at Creative Artists Agency and Universal Pictures as a senior financial analyst and is the owner of men’s bespoke clothing brand Franc Milton. His combined love of design and architecture led him in the world of real estate development.
